Hygiene passport training online
At Ava-akatemia, you will receive a solid training from an experienced trainer in the food hygiene knowledge you need for both the test and your job.
The training is carried out online using Microsoft Teams.
Hygiene pass training in a group
The training takes place in a group with a minimum size of 5 students. If at least 5 students have registered for the training 24 hours before the training, the training will take place. The paid training can be moved to another time or the payment will be refunded if the training is cancelled.

The duration of the hygiene passport training is 3,5 hours.

The goal of the hygiene passport training is to give you sufficient information to be able to demonstrate the hygiene knowledge in accordance with § 27 of the Food Act (23/2006). A hygiene pass is a certificate that is issued to a person who has satisfactorily completed the hygiene skills required by § 27 of the Food Act (23/2006).
Hygiene passport test
You can participate in the test even if you have not completed the hygiene passport training. The test is performed in the presence of a supervisor by taking the exam at the premises of Ava-akatemia in Herttoniemi, Helsinki. You can find the contents required to complete the hygiene pass on the Food Agency’s website www.ruokavirasto.fi/henkiloasiakkat/hygieniapassi/

The price of hygiene passport training
The price of hygiene passport training is €55.
The price of the hygiene passport test is €53/person, and it includes one test and a certificate.
The combined price of the hygiene passport training and the hygiene passport test is €108.
